This policy covers solvewelltech.com, the website of SolveWell Technologies LLC. The short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, plus basic anonymous site-usage stats, and we don’t sell or share any of it.

What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the service you’re interested in, and your message.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the site is used — page views, referring sites, rough location (country-level), and device type. It doesn’t use cookies or any other client-side tracking, doesn’t follow you across other websites, and doesn’t tie any of this to your name or contact details. We don’t run advertising trackers of any kind.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Our analytics already run without cookies or cross-site tracking, so there’s no individual profile for a DNT signal to switch off — your privacy is the same whether or not it’s set. We don’t sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry and discuss your project. We don’t add you to a mailing list, we don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own use.

How it’s handled

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services. When you submit the contact form, your details are sent to our inbox by email (via Amazon SES) and kept as ordinary business correspondence. Standard technical logs (such as web server and error logs) may record requests to the site; they’re used only to keep the site running and secure. Site-usage analytics are processed by Cloudflare on our behalf, under their own privacy commitments for this product.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages for as long as they’re useful for the conversation or required for business records, and delete them when they’re not.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be noted plainly.
